TECHNOLOGY
FEATURES and BENEFITS
AUTOFLOW™ Advanced Control
For maximum process control. The ability to control flow rate, temperature and viscosity also contributes to improving the life span of the abrasive media.
Media Temperature Management
Controlling the temperature of the abrasive media gives a more consistent machining rate.
Intuitive Operator interface
State-of-the-art control system for operation, monitoring, setup and maintenance with 12” Touch screen interface. Enables to save multiple processing parameters as required for ease of use and quick recall in the manufacture of multiple customer parts.
Options to increase productivity
Swing arms, hydraulic or manual ones, manual tooling carts, these are option that helps with heavy fixture handling.
LEGACY GETS BETTER
LEGACY GETS BETTER
No question, the VECTOR machine is the best seller in his category.
VECTOR – AFM Abrasive Flow Machining System offers a wide range of Capabilities in a reasonable space.
The VECTOR Series abrasive flow machine offers a broad range of process capabilities with a selection of media cylinder diameters ranging from full pressure 100mm models, to lower pressure 300mm versions.
As we use media cylinder kits. The customer would be able to reconfigure their machine media size easily later if needed.
The comfortable workspace features a 495mm opening, 900mm wide and 500mm depth while table height is 1050mm.
For operating convenience four rails are mounted on the tabletop. It make easier to slide fixture in and out.
VERSATILE MACHINE
VERSATILE MACHINE
VECTOR is used for polishing, deburring and micro-deburring and radiusing applications.
Aluminum or plastic profile extrusion die polishing is certainly the most well-known application leveraging VECTOR capabilities.
That’s not all, VECTOR is used in various industries like, Aerospace, semiconductor, medical, energy and fuel system.
VECTOR is capable of AFM mass volume production like for solenoid valve in the fuel system industry, handling millions parts a year in a nearly fully automated set up in combination with blowing station and cleaning unit.
